At Vibe Totes, we focus on providing luxury handbags made in Pakistan, crafted with high-quality PU leather. Unlike many brands that import from China or use low-quality materials, we offer premium quality at a more affordable price. Our inspiration comes from iconic styles like the Birkin and Kelly bags, but without the hefty price tag.

2. Do you offer a “check before you pay” option?
Yes, we do! We’re confident in the quality of our bags, so we offer a “check before you pay” option. When your parcel arrives, you can open it, inspect the bag, and only pay if you’re happy with what you receive. It’s our way of ensuring you feel great about your purchase from the start.

3. What is your return policy?
If there’s an issue with the product (such as a defect or damage), you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving it. We offer free returns or exchanges in these cases, and we’ll even cover the shipping costs. However, returns for a change of mind are not accepted if the product you received is exactly what you ordered.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?
We usually dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. After dispatch, delivery times are typically within 3-5 business days for most areas in Pakistan. We will keep you updated in case of any delays and ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer cash on delivery for all orders, with the “open before you pay” option. This way, you can check your bag before handing over the payment. We also accept bank transfers if that’s more convenient for you.

6. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we primarily deliver within Pakistan. However, for bulk or wholesale orders, we do offer international shipping. If you’re interested in placing a large order for export, please contact us for more details.
